The photographic composition disrupts any correspondence with reality.Making an "incorrect" use of the camera through movement, It allows us to find a vocabulary of spatial representation that escapes the figurative referent. The origin of the work is a particular look at light and time.
An irregular temporal dimension constitutes these works in which lines and planes seem to be borrowed from neon lights illuminating the night.The color resists movement, deviates and transforms. The spatial illusion is not lost as the relationship of the planes of colors is inverted, multiplied and distanced.
Photography becomes alien to itself.
La composición fotográfica interrumpe cualquier correspondencia con la realidad. Realizar un uso ¨incorrecto¨ de la cámara, por medio del movimiento de la misma, permite hallar un vocabulario de representación espacial que escapa al referente figurativo. Aquello que da origen a la obra es una mirada particular sobre la luz y el tiempo.
Una dimensión temporal irregular constituyen estos trabajos, en donde las lineas y los planos parecen prestadas de las luces nocturnas de neon. El color resiste el movimiento, se desvía y se transforma. Permite que no se pierda la ilusión espacial, las relaciones entre ellos se invierten, se multiplican y se distancian.
La fotografía se vuelve ajena a sí misma.
